Stolen and Missing Packages: Once a package is officially marked as "Delivered" by the shipping carrier (such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx), Just My Beauty transfers all responsibility to the recipient. We do not issue refunds, credits, or replacements for packages stolen from porches, doorsteps, or mailboxes. We highly recommend monitoring your tracking updates or shipping to a secure location.
Force Majeure: Just My Beauty shall not be held responsible or liable for any shipment delays, delivery failures, or damages resulting directly or indirectly from acts of nature, severe weather, natural disasters, strikes, labor disputes, customs delays, government actions, or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
